Change of Mind
Please choose your artwork carefully.
- 7-Day Change of Mind: I offer a 7-day change of mind policy only for original art. You must notify me at eldakoroart@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item.
- There is NO Change of Mind option for prints printed on rolled canvas, paper, stretched or framed.
- Store Credit Only: For eligible change-of-mind returns, I offer store credit to the full amount of the artwork, which never expires. I do not offer refunds for a change of mind.
- Final Sale Items: Stretched and framed prints are considered custom orders and cannot be returned for a change of mind.
- Shipping Costs: You are responsible for all shipping costs related to a change-of-mind return. We recommend using a trackable service.
Damaged or Faulty Items
I am committed to providing you with high-quality artwork. If your piece arrives damaged or with a fault that cannot be repaired or replaced, you may be entitled to a refund.
- Notification: Please contact me immediately at eldakoroart@gmail.com if your item arrives damaged.
- Proof of Damage: You must provide your name, order number, and a clear description and photo of the issue.
- Australian Consumer Law: Our policy aligns with the Australian Consumer Law, and we offer refunds, repairs, or replacements for major failures.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email eldaoroart@gmail.com with your order details and the reason for the return. We'll provide instructions on the next steps. Items returned without prior contact will not be accepted.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Each artwork is individually made to order, created with care, intention, and attention to detail.
Production timeframes
• Unframed fine art prints: up to 3 weeks
• Stretched or framed prints: approximately 3–4 weeks.
Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location. Once your artwork has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your space.

• We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes
• Delivery addresses cannot be changed or redirected once your order has been collected by our courier.
Every effort is made to present artworks as accurately as possible. Please refer to the close-up images for the best indication of colour and texture. As screen settings vary, colours may appear slightly different in person — a natural part of viewing art across digital and physical spaces.
