Returns Policy

Buying art is such a personal and emotional process. I established Elda Koro Art Studio and my online store to bring my art closer to my collectors. I believe you should love your art. This policy applies to all purchases from my website, www.eldakoro.com.

Change of Mind
Please choose your artwork carefully.

• 7-Day Change of Mind: I offer a 7-day change of mind policy only for original art. You must notify me at eldakoroart@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item.
• There is NO Change of Mind option for prints printed on rolled canvas, paper, stretched or framed.
• Store Credit Only: For eligible change-of-mind returns, I offer store credit to the full amount of the artwork, which never expires. I do not offer refunds for a change of mind.
• Final Sale Items: Stretched and framed prints are considered custom orders and cannot be returned for a change of mind.
• Shipping Costs: You are responsible for all shipping costs related to a change-of-mind return. We recommend using a trackable service.

Damaged or Faulty Items

I am committed to providing you with high-quality artwork. If your piece arrives damaged or with a fault that cannot be repaired or replaced, you may be entitled to a refund.

• Notification: Please contact me immediately at eldakoroart@gmail.com if your item arrives damaged.
• Proof of Damage: You must provide your name, order number, and a clear description and photo of the issue.
• Australian Consumer Law: Our policy aligns with the Australian Consumer Law, and we offer refunds, repairs, or replacements for major failures.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email eldaoroart@gmail.com with your order details and the reason for the return. We'll provide instructions on the next steps. Items returned without prior contact will not be accepted.
